DNG Medical Esthetics is a hair transplant clinic in Kfar Saba, Israel. Dr. Carolina Nelinger leads every procedure personally, from planning the hairline to the final graft. Patients come to us from Israel and from around the world.

Many of our patients are Jewish families from abroad who plan the procedure during a visit. Others are English speakers who live in Israel and want a clinic they can talk to in their own language.
Our doctor and our patient consultant both speak English. They explain the options, answer your questions and guide you through every stage. Nothing gets lost in translation.
Many of our international patients combine the procedure with a trip to Israel. This is how it usually works.
Send photos of your hair on WhatsApp. In most cases we can give a first opinion and a graft estimate. Sometimes an in-person exam is needed first.
When you arrive, you meet Dr. Nelinger. She examines your scalp and donor area and plans your new hairline with you.
The transplant takes one day under local anesthesia. You go back to your hotel or family the same evening.
We see you for a check-up and the first wash, and explain how to care for the grafts.
We stay in touch on WhatsApp and follow your growth over the next months.
At your consultation, Dr. Nelinger recommends the method that fits your case.
The doctor removes individual hair follicles from the donor area, usually the back of the head, and implants them in the thinning area. There is no linear scar, and recovery is usually quick.
The follicles are implanted directly with a special implanter pen. This gives precise control over the angle and direction of each hair. It suits patients who want higher density or a very precise hairline.
Many patients also add PRF or iPRF treatments to support the transplanted hair.
Hair grows back in stages. We give you clear aftercare instructions in English before you leave the clinic.
The cost depends on the number of grafts, the method and the area you want to treat. After your assessment, we give you a clear quote with no hidden fees. In most cases, we can give you a first estimate from photos.
